Oral hygiene tips

Teeth should be brushed for at least three minutes after each meal.

The toothbrush must be changed periodically, at least every 30 days.

The toothbrush should be used on both the front and back of the teeth.

A fluoride toothpaste is certainly more effective.

It is best to choose a toothbrush with artificial bristles.

Avoid toothbrushes with bristles that are too hard or too soft, choose bristles with medium hardness.

Continuously rotate your toothbrush while brushing your teeth.

Be careful not to neglect the most peripheral and hidden areas of the oral cavity during washing.

After brushing, always floss.

Mouthwashes are not necessary, however they are used to treat cases of gum inflammation or excessive concentrations of tartar.
